The 5th CCMP is sponsored by Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Fudan University. The conference consists of one plenary session and eight parallel sessions. The plenary session and four parallel sessions will be held in English and the rest in Chinese. All the talks are invited. In particular, there will be two talks in the plenary session, which are recommended and selected by the organization committee. The other talks are invited and selected by the session coordinators from the currently very active physicists (recommended individually by the members of the organization committee, the coordinators, other prestigious physicists, or from the submitted abstracts). In addition, a poster session is available for all the participants.
